When Allen Thompson reached out to create a logo for his southern-rock jam band, LadyCouch, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. Catch this 12-piece group in their larger-than-life musical splendor if you get the opportunity.
Imagine my surprise when I answer a call and hear “Mike, brother, I need your help” in Steve Parish’s distinctive tone. I put together this logo for his Sirius/XM radio show to appear in promotions and on merchandise.
Psychedelic bluegrass/folk band Sicard Hollow asked me to come up with a new logo that represents their traditional roots and cosmic jams. I created a woodcut-flavored illustration with flowing water and landscape elements to best tell their story.
Cincinnati-based “Trashgrass” quartet, the Rumpke Mountain Boys asked me to create them a new logo that would exist on a line of spring & summer merch and beyond.
Nashville band Mosey asked me to give their new name some justice. Playing with the space between the letters, I was able to reference the six strings over a guitar sound hole, melting in appropriate rock n’ roll fashion.
Ashbury Farms was ready to launch their Ashbury 710 premium CBD vape cartridges and came to me for help with branding & packaging. A modern script-style logo reinforces that premium vibe while psychedelic swirls and stamped holographic elements hint toward their Bay-area roots.
Owners of Franklin, TN’s legendary Kimbro’s Pickin’ Parlor came to me wanting a Crumb-esque character logo for their new non-profit venture. I created a modular logo system featuring the character to fit any aspect ratio.
